Step into a night of elegance, music, and international celebration as the Boston International Symphony Orchestra (BISO) welcomes the New Year with the grandeur of Vienna and the cultural spirit of Boston.
Among the evening’s highlights is a rare U.S. appearance of Mykola Lysenko’s waltz “Rozluka / Farewell,” a gem of Ukrainian classical music that recently captivated audiences at the Vienna Ball.
Ukrainian-born Boston soprano Olga Lisovska will grace the stage, bringing her signature artistry and radiance to this special celebration.
Under the direction of Maestro Jorge Soto, the night features Strauss favorites, international premieres, dazzling guest soloists, and the elegance of the Vienna Waltz — with guests invited to join.
